Over on the LAP BAND board, one of the posters is doing an exercise challenge. We should do something like that here. We all need to get off our butts and do something!

Good luck with the surgery, man! Glad to have you on board! we'll come up with something fun, I'm sure. Lots of inventive people here.
What kind of challenge are you up for? Do you want to do some kind of distance challenge (for example, we get people signed up to run/walk/jog/lobster crawl a total of 100 miles all together or something by March 21st (100 miles might be grossly over estimating our capabilities...it was just the first number that popped into my head) that way people can sign up for as many miles as they are comfortable with, like 3-5 miles a week) or lifting or something. What do you think?

What I'm thinking, Amy, is we just individually tally our miles walked/jogged/ellipticalled/whatever between January 21 and March 21. Then we add them all up, all of us together, and see how far we got!
