Happy Monday?!?!
hey all so its monday...how was your weekend??? well mine was uneventful for a change...i stayed home friday night and caught up on some tv watching....it was great and my tv was really beginning to feel neglected so it was much needed...lol...saturday was another very uneventful day although i did have a date at night which was also very boring...sunday however was productive its now been almost 5 months since my surgery so i decided it was time to clean out my closet of clothes that would never ever fit me again so once i started with that there were so many other things that i was noticing were out of place so before i new it i had organized and cleaned my entire room which was very much needed...it felt good to get rid of my big clothes although now when i get ready in the morning instead of stareing at afull closet i'm looking into an empty closet...i think this weekend coming up i will fix that...time to shop! its what i do best :)
My weekend was decent.
I, like you, also need to clean out my closet.. again! This Friday it was a little warmer and I wanted to wear a tshirt... first one.. too big, next.. too big... 3rd too big... sheesh! Finally the 4th time was a charm and it fit! As much as I love shopping I just cannot afford to keep buying all these clothes! I am at the point that when I need something, I need everything... a few pounds means my undies are too big, pants AND shirts... it gets frustrating!! I took 3 shirts to be altered this weekend... cost me $21 to have them altered... I only paid $40 total for all 3 shirts! sheesh! Still saved me money but the shirts wernt that nice to really invest in... but a medium is too small in the boobs and a large is too big in the waist so I have no choice.
Anyways, Friday my BF and I spent the evening at his sisters playing with his niece (2) and newphew (6mo). Saturday I did a bunch of shopping.. got a super sexy top at the Guess store and went to Target and spent $60 (which gets you a lot!!).. I got a new down comforter and pillows for my bed and its sooooooo comfy now... dont want to get up! I did a 5K Saturday morning as well.. it was cold but felt good to be out walking since I am feeling better from my GB surgery on the 4th. Sunday I did all the fun stuff... grocery shopping, gas station, laundry and cleaning.. watched some football and took a nap!

Friday after work I had to run to GNC and pick up some Muscle Milk, then go work out. That evening I just chilled until I had to go get my sister, back from Jamaica, at 11:30. Saturdays I wor****il 11:00 am, then I went to sisters and hung out for awhile, then did my work out. Saturday evening I just kind of chilled again (I chill a lot on weekends) and worked out some more...I really worked hard this weekend. Sunday I took my sister to get some of her Jamaica pictures developed then we went out for lunch. Got home, played Wii, did my workout, and then went out to eat with my sister and brother. Got home and crashed.
My weekend was about the same (minus the date). My "friend" Bryan called and texted me a million times on my way home from work Friday but I didn't feel like dealing with his BS. I had the house to myself so I got me an ice cream and watched a movie. Then, dad came home and we ran to grab a bite to eat at this little Mexican dive down the street. On Saturday, my mom and dad and I had breakfast at IHOP and then ran some errands. Then, mom and I went and picked up my brother and his wife's puppy Sadie and we went home and had dinner. On Sunday, my sister-in-law Katie and my mom and I went and saw Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, which by the way is not a movie to see with your parents *blu****hen we came home and grilled some brats and watched the sad sad COWBOYS game. Everyone wants to blame the loss on Jessica Simpson but the plain and simple facts of the matter are they just didn't play the BEST that they have played. Bummer!!! What can you do? There's always next year! Oh, and I started and finished a puzzle yesterday.

The fact of the matter is, Romo played fair. It almost all goes on Jacques Vaughn and the secondary, in my opinion. For the Cowboys to have a 10 1/2 minute TD drive in the 2nd quarter (how money is Marrion Barber, by the way), but let Eli pick apart the secondary to answer in less then 2 minutes turned the tide in that game!
Marion Barber is SO money! He never ceases to amaze me! There was alot of talk around town that Jason Garrett may be up for the new head coach but Jones has since then put rest to that talk and insists that Wade will continue to lead the Cowboys forward. All in all, it was a pretty good game! Romo has really done well for our Cowboys!

My money is on Garrett going to Atlanta. They'll draft him a QB, and let him do his magic and see what they got.
Marion Barber is from Plymouth Minnesota (northern Twin Cities). He went to college at the U of Minnesota. So I have been watching him for years. He has a brother, Dominque, who should be in the NFL next year as a safety. They went to school with some cousins of mine. Actually Dom and one of my cousins are fairly good friends!
I hope you have a great time re-filling your closet next weekend. You should check online to see if any clothing stores near you are having sales, because at 5 months you're probably not done losing yet. But a girl needs clothes, so whatcha gonna do?
My weekend was up and down. Saturday I did a lot of cooking, then in the evening I went with some friends to see In the Name of the King and it was seriously the worst movie I have ever seen in theaters - maybe the worst movie I have ever seen period. DH really likes the video game Dungeon Siege (off of which the movie is based) so he was excited to see it - but at the end we both just shook our heads. It was terrible. Our friends agreed. Then I let myself get talked into going to the Casino. I have never been to a casino before - and I probably won't go back - because I am the unluckiest person ever. But at least it was fun to hang out with friends. Sunday my cell phone died. A while ago I dropped it in to a toilet (see, I really am the unluckiest person ever) but it recovered pretty well, until yesterday when it succumbed to its wounds.
So today it is off to get a new one, here is where a big win at the casino Saturday night would have come in handy. Ah well. Next weekend in my last before I go back to college for spring semester. Breaks are never long enough.
