Eatin Good in the 20's Neighborhood! (for yesterday)
Howdy folks! I'm sorry I didn't post this yesterday. I went out with my DH and some friends to see In the Name of the King (THE WORST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THEATERS - I WARN YOU DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!) and then we went to the casino - my first and last time gambling - to lose $20 in an hour of playing penny and quarter slots. So we didn't get home until 11:30ish. Anyway, on with the food thing...
8am - Mocha Espresso Cheesecake protien drink thing (16oz)
20 oz water
11am - 3/4 cup sukiyaki
20 oz water
3pm - 5 baccon wrapped waterchestnuts
20 oz water
Movie at 6:30, during which I had a 2 oz bag of peanut M&M's, and the M&M's were the only good thing about this movie.
9:30-10:30 - at the Casino I have a 10 oz cup of water
That puts me at...941 calories, 90 grams of carbs and 48 grams of protien. Looks like I need to do some making up in the protien category today - I thought about having some nuts before I went to bed but I didn't, that would have gotten me to my goals for protien and calories.
So, how did Saturday go for you?

I will admit I am not the most compliant eater on the weekends... I am much more lax on my nutrition/meals... I was also busy this Saturday runing a zillion errands... I cant remember what I ate Saturday so I will just post Sunday!
B - breakfast burrito - lo carb wrap with scrambled egg beaters, 1 piece crumbled turkey bacon and 1oz of LF cheese
L - 1/2 a grilled chicken breast and a few bites of baked beans... o and 2 hush puppies
D - 1/2 of a hamburger, only the bottom bun, a few oven baked fries, some bites of fruit
I hadnt gone to the grocery store in 2 weeks and finally went yesterday (spent $130!!!!!!! sheesh)... this week I am looking forward to my frist week of normal foods (post gall bladder surgery) and loaded up on fresh fruit and a ton of veggies!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
