Who is bored at work??
ditch the ibook - and check out nikeplus.com - I'm thinking about buying an authentic ipod just so I could use this thing - thinking about trail running, since there are so many great places around here...btw, missed you at the support group the other night, there was also another 20 something there, maybe next time it will be three - we can take over!
I looked at those! I think they are pretty awesome! Our weather is pretty amazing right now so we should take advantage of it! A girlfriend & I walk on our lunches because it is so nice outside!
When is your wife moving to the new buildings? I am in the new 10 story one & I LOVE it!!
I am bummed I couldn't make but I will come to one - I promise! How was the hummus?

I've been thinking about running for too long. I need to do like Nike Air and "Just Do It"
Tonight I googled the couch to 5k program and then I got on my treadmil and did the first one. It was only 20 minutes, but man did it feel good. So now I have stated I am starting it, I guess I'm accountable to you guys now to fini**** There are so many great places to jog, hike, trail run, explore around here in Arizona, I just have to do this - because now I can - I don't want to take the improved health and opportunities that go along with it for granted...As for Nike + ...before I spend the money on an Ipod Nano, I will have to really know I'm going to follow through, so maybe if I make it 2/3 of the way through the couch to 5k program, I will reward myself then...
the couch to 5k is what got me to where i am. it's a lil easy at first and then it seems to get difficult. if you can get past the diffeicult phase then it will be no prob in the future. looking back, the couch to 5k is a joke. but going through it it was no joke. i'm not gona lie, it did get difficult but i followed it to the T. good luck bro. just stick to it and u'll be somewhere where you never imagined. Good luck bro!!
