Sorry this is so late!  I was out and then pre-occupied when I got home.  But it is still Thursday for a few more hours, so I made it. 10am - Mocha Espresso Cheesecake protien drink thing....YUM! 20 oz water 2pm - 3/4 cup mini raviolis in tomato and meat sauce 10 oz water 3pm - 1/2 cup cheez-its 10 oz water 5:30pm - 2 wedges of a chicken quesadilla w/ sour cream and salsa 10 oz water 8pm - 2 wedges of a chicken quesadilla w/ sour cream and salsa And now I'm home.  It was a carby day with not enough protien and I am disappointed in myself because I know better.  Stinking carbs.  I haven't even plugged everything in on fitday yet and I just know.  But I had a good day otherwise - got to hang out with my friends, go to dinner and a movie - it was fun.  It is "slushing" outside (and if you're from around Wisconsin or Minnesota you'll know what I'm talking about) so the ride home took a lot longer than is should have, but I made it.  How was your day?

Thank the  LAWWWWWWWWD... all my surgery bloat has fallen off - and as of this morning I am down another pound - only 3 more to go to my new goal! woo b - bagel w/light CC... man it was gooood, I rarely do bagels but I was dieing for one! after eating mushy/soft foods for SIX weeks figured I deserved a little treat! s - small banana l - 1/2 a small whole wheat pita w/tuna fish n a little lite mayo, most of a container of light n fit yogurt s - 1/2 cu cottage cheese d - salad (spinach, romaine, spring mix, edamame, cucumbers, carrots, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, few chunks of cheese, FF dressing) 1/2 a small whole wheat pita stuffed with homemade shredded bbq chicken breast with low calorie bbq sauce... 2 tablespoons of bushs' vegeterian baked beans, handfull of mini-saltines with a few small thin slices of cheese on it (I was cheese happy last night!) d - SF life savers popscicle

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Breakfast through lunch: 20oz (maybe a bit more I dont weigh the stuff just eat it) of beef tenderloin S- Lays Flaming hot chips $0.99 sized bag D- another tenderloin roughly 10 oz. Its so fun to see 2 lbs dissapear at 2 and a half years out, from eating what I love.....BEEF!

I bombed horribly yesterday! I was so ravenously hungry by the time lunch came around yesterday that I couldn't help myself. I think it was because I didn't work out and therefore I didn't have my protein shake. Back on track today!!! B-one egg sunny side up, one slice of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread, one tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 slices of bacon, 4 oz. orange juice L-muchaco with sour cream, bean burrito with sour cream, party beef taco with sour cream and a bag of chips and salsa from Taco Bueno (after not having fast food in a long time, I was definitely feeling the side effects later in the day) S-100 calorie pack of Pepperidge Farms cookies D-3 oz. grillled pork chop, 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes and 1/2 cup green beans Consumed 98 oz. of water throughout the course of the day.  Calories: 2,098 YIKES!!!

breakfast: sf ff vanilla latte made at home using about 4 ounces of skim milk and 2 ounces of sf creamer lunch: smoked turkey and smoked ham rolled up with string cheese - total about 5 ounces and one tiny cupcake from a 100 calorie pack (3= 1 serving) snack: chocolate bananan creme sf ff protein shake - found this new "carb countdown" milk - only three grams of sugar per cup - used it in my shake instead of my usual half milk/half water, and man was it extra-creamy! dinner: smoked turkey and a string cheese, 1 chick-fil-a nugget and one, OK..two waffle fries snagged from my kid's plate little bit low on calories today, but plenty of protein....went to bed very early, so I missed one or two feedings...

Yesterday- 8 am- 1/4 cup tofu scramble (12 gm protein) 10 oz water 1pm- 1/4 cup marinated tofu cubes (7 gm protein) 10 oz Isopure Zero Carb- Icy Orange (it was gross too) (20 gm protein) 10 oz water 5:30pm- Ate two cubes of tofu and my pouch felt tight like there was food still there. I don't think I'm digesting things that quickly 10 oz water  9pm- 1/4 cup Boca ground burger mixed with a little bit of salsa and FF sour cream and shredded cheese (13 g protein) I'm falling short on my protein and water.... I'm having alot of trouble getting it all in my baby pouch. Someone said I'm doing good for 3 weeks out though. I am, however, being religious about my vitamins. :)
