Howdy!  I'm so happy that several people posted to yesterday's thread, so here we are again. 8am - 3 oz espresso, 9 oz skim milk, 1 oz davinci s/f vanilla syrup 20 oz water 11am - 4 oz chicken stir fry (leftovers from yeterday) 20 oz water 4pm - 4 oz chicken stir fry (leftovers) 12 oz water 7pm - 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwhich (whole wheat bread w/ American cheese and a slice of turkey ham) and 1/2 cup home made tomato soup (per a request from my hubby) And now I'm munching on mixed nuts (I have 1/2 a cup measured out). So - how did you do today?

You are on the ball tonight with that quick response .  I have a question - just to show my ignorance of the band - I have noticed that you do a lot of mushy foods.  Is that for a specific reason, or just the kind of stuff you prefer?  What you're consuming is totally healthy looking to me, I'm just curious.

I had a fill on Monday. When you get a fill (its different with every dr.) I have to do liquids for 3 days. Mushies for 1. then soft..... Whole process all over. boo...

So I'm still on liquids But I thought this would be a good way to hold my self accountable in the future and make sure I'm getting enough fluids!

10:30- 8 fl oz of Crystal Light

11:15- 1/2 cup pudding mixed with 3 g protein and one crushed pill

12:00- took my nasty medicine, ruined my tummy for a few hours

3:00- Isopure Low Carb- 40g Protein

5:30- 16 fl oz of water

8:00- Second dose of nasty meds with 8 fl oz of Crystal light

10:00- Still sipping... 1/2 way through 16 oz of water, will finish by bedtime!

Today I didn't do as well as I should, my medicine for some reason really upset my pouch so I didn't get enough protein and just barely got my fluids...but I'm still learning!

Here is my day - just tyring to maintain, not really lose anymore - my target is around 1800-2300 calories depending on my activity level which has been moderate - so around 2000.... am: latte - 2 shots of espresso, 1 shot of sf carmel syrup, and 6 ounces or so of skim milk later am - about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and about an ounce of beef jerky (tip: if the jerky is too tough nuke it for five to ten seconds and it will be easier to chew) lunch: 1 egg plus 1 egg white plus 1 slice of american cheese - scrambled in a pan with nonfat spray and three little round veggie sausage patties all eaten with heinz low-carb ketchup pm snack -  a small chef's salad I threw together at the salad bar in the hospital cafe before my support group meeting (tip: hospital cafeterias are great places to find some healthy food choices and usually cheap too!) dinner - dined with support group after meeting - chicken schwarma pita (roasted mediteranean chicken breast, romain lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickle slices, sesame sauce, garlic sauce, and yogurt sauce on the side, all wrapped in a fresh pita...I ate all of the stuff inside and about a third of the pita! later tonight -  a protein shake totals - don't know, I have stopped counting, I used to all the time, and since this is pretty conisistent with how I usually eat I can pretty much assume I am somewhere around 1200-1600 calories, good enough for me...oh yeah, and I drank three bottles of water plus the liquid protein shake later, so I'm ok there, but i still drank too much dehydrating caffeine today...

yay...here I am!

B: 1/2 c refried beans with cheese

L: 1/2 baked potato with cheese and 2 oz of chili on top S: 1/2 NSA ice cream sandwich

D: 2 oz pork steak, 1 oz pork n beans

S: a piece of cheese and 2 crackers

I've drank 2 bottles of water and finishing up a bottle of juice right now::I found a new juice I love!!

Welch's NSA 100% juice  White Grape Mango Passion Fruit....it is SOOOO yummy....and a requirement of my surgeon to drink juice...and the natural sugars don't affect me like most ppl

Ok so i'm late but i went to bed at 7:30 last night just had a hard day and was so exhausted. Breakfast: Oatmeal Mid-morning snack: 1 oz. beef jerky Lunch: Spicy Shrimp and Veggie Stirfry w/ steamed rice and a bite of an eggroll Afternoon Snack: small hand full of mixed nuts, 2 totilla chips with bean dip Dinner: Mexican Rice, Re-fried Beans, Ground Beef with corn, onions, bell pepper, and tomatoes (my favorite meal) I'm not sure how much water i got in for the day but i know it was more than enough i keep a 20 oz bottle of water on my desk all day and i filled it up twice while at work then i think another 12 oz when i got home and i also keep a 20 bottle of water on my nightstand and when i woke up this morning it was gone lol...i get thirsty in the middle of the night.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I'm a little late on this post but better late than never. B-17 oz. of water with 1 scoop of Muscle Milk Light Chocolate Mint 1 packet McCann's Sugar Free Oatmeal, 1 tbsp. Brummel & Brown Butter, 1 slice of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread, 1 slice of Ezekiel Bread, 4 oz. of orange juice L-Hot butter croissant stuffed with turkey, ham and swiss cheese with mayo, 1/2 bag of Dorito's Cool Ranch D-3 oz. grillled chicken breast, baked sweet potato topped with 1 tbsp. butter, cinnamon-sugar and 2 oz. cheddar cheese and 1 tbsp. fat free sour cream (it sounds gross on a sweet potato but it's actually very good), 2/3 cup buttered corn, 4 oz. white zinfandel wine Consumed 102 oz. of water for the day.
