UPDATE on Lauren: thetaphiskuttle

Her mother just called me and said shes been out of surgery for a while and shes doing fine, but they STILL dont have her in a room!!!!! I'm waiting to go see her, but i can't see her in ICU so i have to wait!! GR!  Her mom said the first thing she did was smile and say "i'm glad the surgery is finally over" I love my girl!!  Thanks everyone for all ur prayers!! <3 karen

That is good news! On one hand it sucks you can't get to see her in ICU, but on the other, at least at the hospital I was at, the care is soooo much better in ICU, not because the staff in the other part of the hospital is bad, but usually the staff/patient ratio in ICU is only around one or two patients per nurse...thanks for the update!
