Sounds good to me! I have designed myself a workout plan and a goal of getting to my new goal of 145 by my birthday in mid Feb. I am still recovering from surgery this past Friday (gb removal) and cannot do any 'strenuous activities' for 2 weeks so I am putting in on hold until then... for now just been doing light walking.
I am looking forward to starting my plan and seeing how many pounds/inches I can lose before the big 2-9!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I had to take an easy day today because I killed myself over the weekend and yesterday. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical plus weight training today. This weekend I went hiking on Sunday then did plyometrics, and on Monday I did walking/jogging intervals.
Pre-op: 347 High preg. wt: 331 Current: 284 Next goal: 283 Lowest post-op: 276
Well I did my first 25 mins on the Elliptical and then another 25 on the Precor....so that was 50 mins of cardio...I forgot how good it feels.
I suck at weights, cuz when I am doing them at the gym I feel like such a novice and all the meat heads look at me like im retarded....any good ideas for how I can weight train-esp my arms!
