Gonna exercise again, but I'm rusty

On Saturday, 12/22 I went for a long walk on the treadmill and a good jaunt on my elliptical machine. That night I had too many adult-beverages, and decided to take the rest of they year off from exercise. So, I did. And on 01/01 I hopped back on the treadmill and elliptical machine. That night, I got sick. So, again, a week lay-off.
Today, I'm starting again. I can feel the rust, but I am excited to do it again.

I'd see that challenge and raise you 5. 50 minutes is my goal for the day.

I will be if you combine all my exercises. But not an hour just on the treadmill. I got a schedule I layed out last October to follow.

I know the feeling....towards the end of last semester exercise just kinda faded from my schedule....that's no good. So, I started up again yesterday....started off small though....15 mins on treadmill and 25 mins of weight lifting in arms and legs....today I will up the treadmill but not the weights b/c I still wanna be able to walk LOL
I just know if I get started back w/ my exercise that the rest of my weight will melt like butter...at least that's what I'm daydreaming will happen :-D
