i am wicked excited i went the other day and tracked down the guy that had the scheduel and he told me it was Jan 14th :) but im also wicked freaked because i havent lost the 10lbs they required me to and im scared i wont by then

Do you have to do a Liquid Diet? IF so, I bet you will lose that 10 lbs. Congrats on your date!

Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
