AHHHH!!!!

Ok so i work in an office at a school and as you know the holidays are coming up and there are so many goodies everwhere i look...its driving me crazy!!! just though i would vent a little...lol

Ahh I am sorry jessica.. I am sure that is hard...  Put your blinders on.. hehe

It is girl working for a school is so bad cause there is so much temptation and cause the student give you their little pouty face (and i work for the high school) when it comes time for fundraisers.

lol...i can't say no to kids fundraising...lol...so i always buy something, then immediately give it away. keeps me guilt free... I'm going crazy smelling cookies everywhere i go....for some reason it makes me want more coffee...weird association huh? good luck to you! xxxbecca

No i don't think its a weird association...cookies could go with coffee...lol...thanks i'm trying to stay strong i just took a walk around the school...(note:this school is huge from the front office to the back hall and then back to the front office is 1/4 mile)...this has helped

holiday temptations suck!!!! Just when our Halloween stash finally dissipated, now the christmas sweets are pouring in...Stay strong, the fact that you are identiifying it as a hazard or trigger or whatever you want to call it, is a good thing. Promise yoursefl somehting good - and it doesn't necesseraily have to be food related - and reward yourself for not giving in. Hopefully, the reward for not endulging will be enough to keep you away from the junk, er, I mean the sugar....
