When cleaning out your car... even find an old McDonalds french fry? C'mon I know you have... notice that it looks just as good as the day you got it (well except for the car fuzz!)? Not moldy or smelly... looks like it just came out of the drive thru window. Then I think about the fact that I use to eat that stuff

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

you're right Jennifer, any 'food' that keeps it's same physical charactersitics indefinately is probably not something worth putting in to your body.... i will remember this the next time i am tempted by a french fry. ugh...

Yeah that is gross...i can't say that i will never eat a french fry again but that will definitly make me think twice about it before i put it in my mouth.

LOL.. I dont eat mcdonalds.. didnt before.. But my mom did and I remember finding those little prizes in her car... Still intact and looking like the day she got it. bleh!

Did you see the documentary Super Size Me? It shows on the documentary the decomposition of real homemade hamburgers and fries and McDonalds hamburger and fries. It's very interesting, you should see it.
