66lbs in 4 months!  Congratulations!!  I am new to this particular board and still trying to figure out the plan for my wsl.  I love the idea of talking with people closer to our own age.  I cant wait to be on the loosers bench though!

Hey!!! and Welcome!!! Out surgery dates are close mine 8/28 so only about 2 weeks apart...congrat on your success so far...i don't know about you but its been and amazing journey for me so far.

No problem i'm loving this new life style too for the first time i am excited to get on the scale and i'm becomeing a little addicted to working out...i can't believe that i just said that but i love it the feeling i get after a good hard workout i can't wait to get out of work in a little bit for that one reason.
