So i am 8.5 months out and i feel like i'm eating all the time. I haven't lost any weight in like 3 weeks and i'm up and down on the scale 3 pounds. It's that time of the month right now and i shouldn't of weighed even but i've been between 173-176 foreverrr. But like. I'm at work and i just had 1oz of beef jerky and a smallish apple and i wasn't feeling full or satisfied or anything at all so i went to the kitchen to see what i could find. I had some small slim fast bar and i shouldnt of needed that either. This scares me lots and lots especially because is till don't feel like i ate anything.  Gah i'm going crazy guys! And i haven't been around at all because i've been busy! I've been spending lots of time being a goofball with the bf.... and also! I'm getting my wisdom teeth out on wed. I'm totally freaking out about it! I guess its back to full liquids for me! Maybe it will get my a$$ back on track and maybe i will lose weight cause i won't be able to eat much! Did anyone have their wisdom teeth out after surgery? sorry i'm so whiney! I miss you all!

I LOVE that Pic lol!!!!!  Totally awesome. During Aunt Flow's visits, its like I can eat anything under the sun without feeling anything.  Its also normal to have the ugly plateau where you are.... so I would just keep goin with how you're going, Sweetie.  Protein first, cut the m&ms (yes... I'm telling myself this too lol) and drink tha****er :) You can do it!

Oh Man... those Dark Chocolate ones are evil!  Do NOT try the Raspberry or Peanut Ones... They related to the Devil ;)

Oooh - hottie BF, Alex!  care to share???    And ENOUGH talk about the candy!  I'm trying to cut out sugar, not be tempted by it!  Dark chocolate, raspberry, peanut butter M&Ms.  GAH!      My bite-sized enemy! I had my wisdom teeth out in high school - wasn't a big deal at all actually.  I stayed awake thru the whole thing, high on laughing gas and novocaine. I came home swollen and completely numb.  Spent a couple days drooling on myself - literally!  I'd try to eat runny cream of wheat or sip a milkshake, thinking the liquid was in my mouth.  Then my chest would feel strangely wet and cold and I'd look down to find the spoonful all over my shirt!   I distinctly remember staining my mom's good throw pillows with a McDonald's strawberry shake cause I couldn't feel if my mouth was closed or not. Good times, man. Good times.  But after a couple days, I was fine.  Vicodin is a wonderful drug.

I don't hardly recognize myself or my life anymore!

That is an adoreable pic!

And for the other issue - it is normal to not lose, even gain during that time of the month, so don't let that stress you out.  Back to protien first and if you need to, measure your food.  Just because you can eat more, doesn't mean you should.  So measure out your portion, eat it slowly, and if you are still hungry in 1/2 an hour drink water.  Feeling hungry might mean you are thirsty, so make sure you're drinking enough water/ zero-calorie beverages.  It is hard and Lord knows I suck at it sometimes too - but you can do it!

And M&M's are the devil - not just close relatives - THE devil .  Peanutbutter M&M's are my vice.  My grandma, trying to be a good grandma, got me a big bag of them when I got home from the hospital last Friday.  Well, the bag is 1/2 gone.  I don't even want to think about how many calories that is I mindlessly ate over the past couple days.  Ugh.  Death to M&M's!
