The more things the change, the more they're still the same.

That is an adoreable pic!
And for the other issue - it is normal to not lose, even gain during that time of the month, so don't let that stress you out. Back to protien first and if you need to, measure your food. Just because you can eat more, doesn't mean you should. So measure out your portion, eat it slowly, and if you are still hungry in 1/2 an hour drink water. Feeling hungry might mean you are thirsty, so make sure you're drinking enough water/ zero-calorie beverages. It is hard and Lord knows I suck at it sometimes too - but you can do it!
And M&M's are the devil - not just close relatives - THE devil . Peanutbutter M&M's are my vice. My grandma, trying to be a good grandma, got me a big bag of them when I got home from the hospital last Friday. Well, the bag is 1/2 gone. I don't even want to think about how many calories that is I mindlessly ate over the past couple days. Ugh. Death to M&M's!
