MY PRE-OP APPOINTMENT WAS ON THURSDAY NOV. 15, 2007.  MY FINAL WEIGH IN WAS 352.  I REMEMBER MY FIRST WEIGH IN FOR MY KAISER CLASSES.. I WAS AT 399 LBS.  WHICH MEANS I LOST 47 LBS PRE-OP.  I HAD WLS ON FRIDAY NOV. 16, 2007.. JUST 9 DAYS AGO.  AND TO BE HONEST, I FEEL REALLY GOOD...LIKE IF ANYTHING HAPPENED.   TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY, I HAD SOME FOOD.  I JUST HAD A LITTLE BIT OF SCRAMBLE EGGS. BEFORE THAT I JUST HAD LIQUIDS...JELLO AND SUGAR FREE POPSICLES.  I KNOW I NEED TO START TAKING SOME PROTEIN SHAKES.  BUT I HAVEN'T FELT HUNGRY.  I'M GONNA START GOING TO THE GYM ON TUESDAY COMING UP.  I'M SO EXCITED TO START WORKING OUT AND REALLY START TO LOSE WEIGH.  I HAVEN'T WEIGHTED MYSELF YET.. I'M ANXIOUS TO DO THAT TOO. I WONDER HOW MUCH WEIGHT I HAVE LOST SINCE I GOT MY SURGERY.  I GUESS I'LL WAIT TIL WEDNESDAY WHEN I GO FOR MY ONE WEEK POST-OP APPOINTMENT.  I'LL WRITE MORE LATER ON... I'M GONNA GO TO VICTORVILLE TO A FRIENDS HOUSE.  FEEL FREE TO LEAVE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS.  TAKE CARE PEOPLE.
