My biggest WOW yet....

I did it....I got on the scale and.....GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLL, GOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLL, GOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLL....believe it 175 was my goal, but I never saw it, because when I got on the scale it read 174!!!! That's 123 lbs. lost in seven months if you're keeping track....

Here is what I looked like before:

And last night out celebrating reaching my goal weight and turning 29 last week.... Diabetes - gone Sleep Apnea - gone High cholesterol - gone 123 lbs. - gone Extra skin - soon to be gone IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael you look awesome and sexy i am sure your wife is enjoying her new slimmer hubby. I know that there is a lot of things that have change ie the diabeties, and such. but I am sure there are other things like how you feel that is so much different. congrats on your 123lbs!
