Pre-op diet Ive lost 7lbs!

Okay so i start my pre-op diet today. And I went to weigh myself before I start, and I have lost 7lbs without even trying Yay! I guess its cause Im living on my own now, and I don't have my Mom buying, and cooking me all kinds of good food. LOL ONLY 35 MORE DAYS UNTIL IM A LOSER

I just wanted to say that I thought i twas odd that 7 lbs was the number for you. I went to the doc on Friday and weighed 330 (on the digital scale). I went to a different doc (gyno) on Tuesday and weighed 323 (on a traditional sliding scale). So I've lost 7 pounds that I've been tracking on my pre-op modified liquid diet! I hope I keep this up, I need to shrink my liver like woah.

Highest ('06): 375 Pre-Surgery: 322 Current (11/5): 215 Goal: 150?

Congrats Emily keep up the good work. I also need to shrink my liver. Do Ameretto sours count on a liquid diet? LOL JK
