So what do you do at the gym? I went today ( I was pissed off at poor performance on a test today so I had extra incentive) after class and i did the circuit (which is a bunch of low impact weight lifting machines leg lifts and stuff like that) walked a mile on the track, and did about 10 minutes on the eliptical.  (I felt like the eliptical was going to f'n kill me!) But I was curious what all of you guys do when you go to the gym, rec. center, or to workout?

A++++ for working out!!!! I have been bumping up the time and intensity each day but I usually do 20 on the eliptical and 30-45 min on the treadmill. I also just started seeing a personal trainer to kick my ass into shape

Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!

the eliptical is a b**ch!! I usually spend about 15 minutes on that and then head to the bikes for about 20 minutes. I just started working out at the gym. Im going 4 days a week.

don't be affraid to lift weights either. a lot of girls don't want to cause they don't want to get bulky. if you do lite weights and high reps, this will help tone and build lean muscle, and you wont get all bulky. good luck!!
