O.k so I am trough I made it..........
I've had lap RNY 4 weeks ago and doing great. I am sometimes still amazed that it is finally done after waiting such a long time. The support and all the information I got here on OH really inspired me and took a lot of the fear I had for the operation away.
So things can really start now. I'll probably hang around more often and ask a hole out of you!

So glad to hear you are doing so well after surgery! 
Oh The month has been really great. I mean I was off painkillers 2 days after surgery and didn't have pain since. I must admit I struggle a bit with the new eating habits. I've had a couple of times when I ate too fast and I had to make myself sick. I am back to normal food and can basically eat everything. My pouch is substantially bigger than the normal ones pouch so I do not dump or anything. I have been constantly hungry the last days so I put in an all liquid day today. I think I still have to learn that this is a tool and not a miracle way out. No regrets....... My surgeon has done a wonderful job. 4 weeks out 17 lbs lost and 5 little dissepearing (They are seriously just little red lines...).
