I don't usually drink to much protein anymore...I eat a lot of beef jerky and lean cold cuts like ham and turkey...but I bought mine at vitamin shoppe...I guess where you buy it isn't as important as what you buy...A lot of people in my support group swear by the Syntrax brand - they make some of the only fruit flavored ones under the "Nectar" label you can buy them almos anywhere...GNC, etc...try Google Product Search for the best internet price search - let it do the work for you!

I haven't.... I get my protein from Walmart lol.... That's cheapest for me. I've also used coupons and such for the Vitamin shoppe.

I bought mine from a local 'healthy grocery store' called Earth Fare.. its like Whole Foods (if you are familiar). I used BioChems 100% whey protein and got it for only $15 a can!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
