I know that we are all spread out, but we should try to have a meeting of the 20-somethings! I see several of you are in the southeast. Would anyone be interested in having a 20's board get together in Atlanta? Holli

I am about 3.5 hours from Atlanta but would love to come down. A friend of mine lives there and I always love to visit... was just there and went to the Aquarium last month. I think a trip to Six Flags would be fuuuuuuun - dont know if they close during the winter?? I get discount tickets thru Geico and I know Publix (sometimes) sells them so that could be a fun time!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I live near Birmingham, AL so it would probably be a 3 and 1/2 hour drive for me too. I'm sorta new to the forum. I'm almost 6 wks post-op (-65 lbs.).

I have been to Atlanta. Flew into the airport and actually stayed overnight in town one night in April 1998. Does that count?
