yesterday:
egg white omelet with 3 slices of turkey bacon - protein, protein, protein!
4 oz of turkey breast, a string cheese, and some honey mustard dressing for dipping
tukey burger patty, grilled onions, broccoli, and barbecue sauce ham, string cheese, grilled onions - all rolled up together mix in two or three botles of water and two big lattes with 1percent milk
B: oatmeal S: protien pudding L: deli chicken and cheese S: protien shake/graham cracker D: a bite or two of homemade chicken noddle (didn't like me to much) S: string cheese & 1/2 protien bullet tbls white chocolate wonderful peanut butter Totals Cal. 936 Fat 22 Carb 54 Protien 125 Ya'll make me feel like I eat a lot.
