Hi all, I'm finally coming out of lurkdom...
Hey my names Jen I am 26 and I have been lurking on this board for a few days now and am finally ready to come out and say hi....so HI!
I just got a call from my dr. about 20 minutes ago and she said she just faxed over my info to the insurance company, hopefully they will ok me to have the psych eval and consult with the surgeon, I've got everything else done so fingers crossed.
Hi! Congratulations on taking the next step, and on coming out of lurkdom! lol.....Are you going to the Phoenix OH conference this weekend, if so I'll see you there, if not, it's not too late to change your mind - they lowered the price to 30 bucks for the whole weekend which even includes a full on sit-down dinner and costume (optional) ball on saturday night! Don't miss it!
