MultiVitamin

Everyone knows that our multivitamin is important and I take centrum chewables the lovely orange ones.  I am looking and hoping to find something that is a little less gritty. I found a calcium suppliment at GNC that is pretty good, but I am really curious about a better multivitamin.... What do you take for your multivitamin?

Did you actually find them at the store?  On my sheet it says I have to order them online that they are not available at the stores.

I was taking Flinstones but those got old. My friend introduced me to this Isotonix stuff. It is powder vitamins that you mix with water and they taset SOOOOOOOOOOO good. You mix it with 2 oz water and drink it. It's not gritty or anything. No gunky vitamin build up in your teeth!!! here's the website, you can check it out :o) http://www.marketamerica.com/corporate/healthqueen

Interesting.  The only thing 'child' about Flintstones complete is the way it is marketed.... the bottle states 1/2 a flintstone is for children, 1 whole is an adult serving... if you compare it to most 'adult' vitamins they are very similar in what they contain and how much.
