It's always good to be accountable for what you stuff in your face so I figured this thread is a good thing to post. B: 10 saltine crackers and 10 small pieces of turkey lunch meat L: 3 egg whites, turkey and turkey sausage in a wrap. D: Salmon and Veggies. Have a great day!!!

i normally don't like to reply to these but here it goes B: Oatmeal with SF Maple Syrup  S: Beef Jerkey L: Chicken Soft Taco w/ Avacado...mostly just the inside of the taco S: will be some fruit when i get home D: will be baked tilapia and steamed veggies

Thanks for posting this... Yesterday I ate: b: 1 egg, 3 veggie sausage links, and a slice of RF swiss, and some low-sugar ketchup l: a turkey-chicken-roasted pepper-corn sausage link chopped up and sauteed with non-stick cooking spray with peppers and onions, bbq sauce on the side d: spaghetti and meat sauce - easy on the spaghetti and parmesean cheese s: 3 slices of cooked ham and one slice of swiss cheese s: a string cheese No fitday today, but I would guess I was around 1000-1200 calories

Wow do I once again feel like hiding hunder a rock. LOL Not really This was yesterday B- 5 hard boiled eggs with Franks Red Hot and 2 cookies S- Jelly Belly jelly beans L- Arbys Roast Beef sandwich and order of curly fries S- Another Arbys sandwich. Hey they were a buck a piece D- 3 medium chicken breasts with a slice of bacon and cheese on each. Breaded green beans and lemonade S- Ice cream bar

B - 12oz light vanilla soy milk w/SF chai tea mix and a Trader Joes Apple Cranberry muffin (mm fiber!) S - 2 slices of deli turkey, 1 serving of soy hearts, small handful of green and red grapes L - Southwest Salad from chikfila - no cheese, very little regular ranch dressing S - small palmfull of sunflower seeds.. maybe like 1 tablespoon worth D - not sure yet... think we are going out to eat tonite and I am wanting mexican. If I eat mexican ill get a chicken and beef soft taco (mm leftovers) and eat some of the meat out of both... on the side black beans (maybe pinto) and rice.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Today B: 8 oz Milk S: 4 oz protein shake L: 2 oz tuna and FF mayo S: 4 oz protein shake D: 1 oz canned chicken, 1 oz FF cheese 1/2 tortilla oh and 1tsp of FF sour cream YUMM 61 g Protein I may have another 4 oz of protein shake to get up to 71g.
