Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

I compare them to chex cereal... but heart shaped and made from soy. They come in lightly salted (yum) and white cheddar (yuck). I loves them :-)

Thank you thank you thank you Mike! Today is the day I'm getting back on track myself and you just reinterated it into my head :) B- Shake: 12 oz decaf coffee, 2 sc chocolate protein powder, 1/2 sweet n low L- Tuna w/ pickle slices, cheese, and some mayo, 1 slice whole grain wheat bread D- Jumbo Patty @ Jack w/ american and swiss cheese I am still planning my menu... but that's what I have so far. I know I have to have some more to eat and have roughly 250 more cals to work with according to thedailyplate.com..... Cals: 878 Fat: 30 Carbs: 33 Protein: 120 I already have 42 oz of water- sipping it now, will have tons more by tonight!
