One Month Post-Op
So yeah in a few hours I will be a month post-op, last time I weighed myself I had lost 24lbs since surgery. I will weigh myself in the morning and see how I am doing on my ol scale. I am going to have my hubby take a 1 month photo, probably wont see much difference, but I wanted to just let everyone know I am super happy to be a month out and I am doing well!!

Congratulations! It sounds like you are right on track. Stay focused despite the plateaus, with me as with many others, the first one hit at four weeks out and lasted three weeks! Don't drive yourself too nuts anticipating the scale to start moving again. It certainly will when your body is ready. In the meantime, focus on protein and rest, I bet you still feel pretty low energy....
Congrats to you!
Its refreshing to hear a 'newbie' not being scale obsessed :-) Im sure you will be AMAZED at your 1 month PO photos!
