I stumbled onto this board last night. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dianne and I am 22 yrs old. I am a college student who hopes to graduate one day in the near future. I am trying to restart this surgery process. I have to do the 6 month doctor supervised diet before I can have the surgery. I am so excited about this decision i have made. I am such a chicken and surgery scares the hell out of me. But the thuoght of not being arond for a long time scares me much more. Well anyway just wanted to say Hi!

Thank yall so much for the warm welcome! I'm sure i'll have tons of questions. I am in the process of making my first appointment for the dietitian, and my consult with Dr. Mailapur. and hopefully getting my pcp to work me in sometime this month. Thanks!
