Water
Freeze bottled water. It seemed to work best. Since you can only take so much in at once, water only melts so fast. So you dont have to worry about taking in to much.
Hope this helps a little

Put Crystal Light in it. I got through a lot of the stuff, especially HONEY LEMON GREEN TEA and LIGHTLY LEMON HYDRATION.

I use 2 packets, per 1 liter bottle. A liter is 33.8 OZ, so I'm using about 1 packet per standard 16.9 OZ bottle.
Try different temps of water.. many people have problems when its too cold... I found early out room temp or warm liquids would relax my pouch and go down nice and smooooth :-)

You know what else goes down smooooth? Vodka! And it's clear, like water!
Mmm Vodka.. OOPS! I mean.. Mmm Water!
I use a lot of crystal light.. my favorites are strawberry and peach iced tea. I've also found at walmart they have apple and grape juice. It's great value brand.. so, if you were a juice drinker prior to surgery you can still enjoy it without all the bad stuff involved.
