I'm Home and no longer OBESE!
Hey everyone! I missed you all so much!
Michigan was great and i had such an amazing time seeing all my family and friends! Everyone was amazed at my weight loss and some people didn't even recognize me, which i find a little crazy!
I went to see my surgeon while i was home for my 6 month check up and he said i was the 'model patient', i've lost 60% of my excess weight so far. He said all my blood work was perfect except for my B-12 which was on the low end of normal. He started me on a b-12 pill that you put under your tounge just to boost it up a little bit. It was funny because once he left the room to get the nutritionist, i heard him grab her and say "Alex looks so good!!". It made me feel awesome:)
I'm back in Houston and stragely glad to be home and back into my normal routine. I probably didn't eat enough or as good as i should of, but what can i say i was on vacation :) Now i'm home and back at it.
And i weight myself today and i am offically 185 pounds and just overweight!!! It feels so good to know that i'm not obese and i don't even qualify for bariatric surgery any more!
31 pounds until i am a "normal" weight....whatever that is.
I hope i didn't miss too much while i was away!

Glad you had a great time! The weekend wasn't that bad weather wise, quite nice actually. So it prolly was a good time to be around these parts. Welcome back!
