Hey everyone.  I hope you are all well.  Today is the start of my fall/winter/spring exercise routines.  That means treadmill instead of pavement, and more miles.  It also means adding the elliptical machine.  Hopefully that, along with yet another promise of cutting soda 95%m will get me to my goal of 195 sooner than later. Blame it on the raaaaaain yeaaaaah yeaaaaaaah. I am also in the process of vamping up my workout. Thankfully I can still exercise outside but that will come to an end soon! I am looking to start doing more aerobic type classes and am possibly considering doing a fitness bootcamp!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
