Crystal drinks anything I give her ha ha ha! Maybe your body can't handle the sugar and alchohol... You can still have a good time without getting drunk lol. Ever try a Rockstar? Ge tthe blue ones: no sugar or carbs and tastes like wild berry! YUMMMY

I am extremely happy today because i got my staples out, and i got put on soft foods and I get to add new foods today and in 2 weeks :) (I am noticing that my doctor introduces new foods VERY slowly... IE i spent two weeks after surgery on clear and full liquids and cant have eggs for another 4 weeks)

I am extremely happy because tomorrow is Friday!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
