6 month appt
I had my 6 month appointment today and I lost 96 lbs....I really wanted to lose 100 but I'm happy so I'll take it! My nut Patrick said that I lost 56% of my excess weight and typically he wants RNY'ers to lose 60-80 lbs the first year and I've already exceeded that.....he also said that I'll probably end up losing about 80% of my excess weight which is at the high end of the normal statistics....he said I should feel great about what I have done......and I do! So i'm happy and I'll have to update my profile with new pics soon so you all can see my progress!

You are doing awesome, and looking good too! It was great to get to see you over the weekend at the fairgrounds. You're little girl is adorable! My mother in law loves the salad oil mister! I made it back here one day late and my house is finally closed! I got the wire transfer today! I will be moving into my new place here on Monday!
Don't you just love Patrick! He is so funny, and not just like haha ;) He's the best...What else did they do at the six month, so I know what I'm missing....Was there any time with the psych team, did you see your surgeon? Or was is just patrick and the nurses? Did you get a b-12 shot? Did they talk to you about daily use of sub-lingual b-12?

hey mike....it was great seeing you this weekend too! Lets see....I got my B-12 and we met with the psych team and discussed emotional eating, and dealing with comments from people who have noticed our weight loss, there was no blood work or discussion of b-12 sublinguals.....Patrick discussed diet and weight loss stats.....that was pretty much it.....thank you about Abby she is my pride and joy and takes after her MAMA....the flea market was cool I'm going to have to go back again....did you make it to the farmers market to get coffee? I want to go this weekend....too bad you moved away we could've became coffee buddies!
