alright, i decided to make a new vlog just for my wls journey, i will use my old account for personal videos (if you don't have the link to that one, dont worry)

Great vlog, there! I was waitintg alll day yesterday for it! :)
My main concerns for you, hon... are the lack of protein and smokin'. I know you know it :) The protein- what about some powder from wally world? Or Eggs? The cheese and milk is great! What about yogurt or cottage cheese? I totally couldn't do milk this early out- good for you!
And you know about the smoking :)
Being tired/sleepy- the third week was the absolute worst for me. I was tired and cranky and sore all the time where the weeks prior I was my regular self. We have to remember we just had a majorly huge surgery and our bods are recouperating- especially yours! Sheesh, 40 pounds in 3 weeks, its probably in shock!
