.....at keeping up on this board lately! Ever since I left NC I have barely been participating on here. I feel really bad that I even missed the opportunity to wish Sheila, Amanda, and Chloe good luck on their surgeries. Things have been wierd here. I have been going to bed much eariler, by 11pm usually. I also have been taking my daughter to and from pre-school everyday, and in the evening I don't usually have a chance to get on because we are either out looking for houses to rent or spending time running errands or in swimming in the backyard. The great news is that I finally sold my house in Raleigh! I will actually be flying back there tommorow morning to get the rest of my stuff out of the house and to sign all the paperwork for closing. I will be there through monday morning. I am hoping to have time to go to the intro seminar at Duke WLS on Friday to be available to give testimony and answers to patients considering WLS. If any of you Triangle guys want to get together - Stacey, Candace....by all means let me know because I really won't have much going on while I'm there, and I don't have any plans on being back that way for a while. Besides, Holly Springs can be pretty boring.

I guess you mean Wedsnday the 19th, I will be out of here on Monday afternoon...I'm thinking about going to the seminar on friday to meet with the pre-ops and if possible get my six month appointment done there instead of having to rush to find a new place in AZ....Do you want to maybe go to the seminar together? It's at 3:30 on Friday, If you want we can meet in Fuquay or something and drive together since it is far from where we are at....If not we could try to get together anytime in the evening or on the weekend...Just let me know what you want to do..It would be really fun to meet you! Really random comment, but I just wanted to say yay Raleigh! Heh, I'm an NC State student, and I miss Raleigh sooooooooooooooooooooooo much. (Taking this semester off)

Hey there!  Yay Raleigh back to ya!!!  That is really cool.  When I first started my career I worked at NC State in the co-op office.  I really enjoyed working there, but you understand the whole getting paid by the state thing...Not so pretty....  Jamestown, aye....I have family there.  There is definately a big difference between Raleigh and Jamestown. 

Yes, quite different. I was born/have lived in Greensboro my whole life. We technically moved to Jamestown 2 years ago, but we're still so close to the Greensboro we know, we think of the Jamestown address as a technicality. Although my mom loves the quaintness of "downtown" Jamestown. But yeah, my years at NCSU have been the only time I haven't lived in Greensboro. I miss it.
