Praise and Question

Some good news..... As you may remember I needed to come up with some start up costs for the surgery. $150 nut consult, $225 for Psych, and $500 for surgeon fee.
I got 2 scholarships that I can use one was for $750 and the other was for $500.
I got alot of prayers from my church and they were going to help me out, but God has a way of thinking and doing when someone is in need.
The thing is remember when I said I had 13 months of documented WW records/online bank statements to use, well how would I get my doc to sign them to be able to use them. As my insurance said WW records will work if they were signed off on(what does that mean exactly?)
I'm afraid that if I turn them in, I might get denied.
Just in case I will be starting the 6 month diet this month.
What do you guys propose I do?

I would like to get this done in Dec, if I could due to me being out of classes during that time.

I would say that the signed off on is.. if you doctor signs off on the WW saying you went/tried.
I would submit it. Make sure you submit anything that will show you really need the surgery. Anything with the comorbidities, etc.
