Has your skin changed?
Hey Chickadee! Hang on to your oil sheets lol. Mine for worse and then it cleared up. It could be that I work in fast food and actually starting caring... but it does get better.
Your face will be naturally glowing sans oil in no time!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem. I used to never get zits or have oil problems but once I started losing weight I have had zits occasionally and my skin is noticeably more oily. I don't know if it ever goes away, but I sure hope so. Until then I use the oil sheets Reese mentioned and a good face scrub.

Ok just kidding. Actually from what I've heard about oily skin and acne when losing weight is more due to your physical activity... not the losing the weight itself. It's mostly related to hormone fluxes... more so with women. You know how super super athletic woman often stop menstration and start generating more testosterone in the overies and adrenal glands? The increase of testosterone, which is used to synthesize proteins and build muscle/bones, kicks off an almost adolecent stage in your body again when you start developing acne and your skin is generating more oil and sebum. After awhile if you maintain the habits of working out, your body chemistry will start to correct itself. Keep your water and electrolytes intake up. This will help. It'll also give you the sweat you need to keep the oil and bacteria from collecting on your skin. I wouldn't worry about it yet, to the point of seeking a dermitologist, it's likely to get better by maintain your weight loss/physical activity regime. Side effects also include new and thicker hair growth and fun new body odors.
You're probably not working out that much to cause such things but sometimes the suttle change in your hormone levels might make your skin a bit more oily... just give it time.
