saying hello- re introducing myself with my head hanging....

Yeah its hanging b/c I have gained 40 lbs...I got OFF TRACK when I lost a dear person in my life and made amjor move from Sunny S. Fl to COLD Massachusetts!!! I was depressed and fell off the wagon - Im working on getting back on track but need support. Im starting a group in my hometown (Plymouth, MA) but need you guys too!!!

Gina, I know exactly how you feel!  I have been away from OH for about 8 months, and just got back on last night.  I gained about 30 pounds myself and have been beating myself up about it for 2 months and feel like I haven't made the effort to do anything about it.  I moved from upstate New York to Long Island about a year ago, and that's when I started to gain it back little by little. Keep your head up, and you are in my thoughts and prayers.  Please let me know about your group.  I am hopefully going to be changing jobs within the month to a sales position that covers the entire east coast, so I would love to try to make it when I'm in Mass.

hey Gina Welcome back! I havent been on OH for a long time either. I havent really gained any weight but I stopped losing and stopped going to the gym but I'm getting back with the program just like you! We all get a little lost and hae to remind ourselves of what needs to be done.

Welcome back Gina!!!!  What a change in climate... I'd be freeeezing.  That depression creeps on you.... you can do it hun.  Lean on us! :)
