Eatin' Good In The Neighborhood - Monday's Menu

Greetings, I'm back, still trying to get settled in... Eating wise yesterday was kind of a challenge, it was sort of busy and I wound up eating less then I should have but I did manage to get in enough water and protein. It's going to take some getting used to living here with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law - everything in this house is organic and almost strictly vegeterian - I have been shunning carbs lately, but it seems there are even more carbs then I can resist around this house and last night was included inside of my dinner...So here's how I did: pre-b; 16 oz coffee, with 3 splendas, and 2 tablespoons of NF milk b: egg whites, with chopped cherry tomatoes, green onions, and a tablespoon of shredded cheese. l: three slices of sara lee bbq rottisserie flavor chicken breast, a slice of pepper jack cheese, and half a whole wheat handmade tortilla from trader joe's (these tortillas are good!) d: 1 cup of a green chili with whole wheat couscous, brocolli, squash, and cheese casserole, some lettuce with ranch, and two tablespoons of black beans and a slice of sara lee chicken breast s: a double scoop of protein powder with 16 oz of water totals on the day: 701 cal, 20 g fat, 48 g carbs, and 84 g of protein

Man, I want my appetite back so that I can actually remember to eat. Yesterday I had 86 oz of water.. not too shabby B: 1 cheesestring .. mmm 9g of protein L: 3" turkey slice sandwich from subway w/ lite mayo and without the top part of the bun 12g of protein D: Weigh****chers 'Smart Ones' dinner- turkey and mashed potatoes 27g of protein (these dinners are REALLY good and low on fat/calories only 210 calories in the one I had) During the course of the day I also drank an Isopure juice drink - 40g of protein total protein: 88g BEST SO FAR!!! I'm going to have to make those Isopure drinks a part of my diet for a little bit so that I can get my protein into me
HW: 366, SW: 342, GW: 165, Maintaining at: 185 (No longer tracking weight loss. Pregnant and due May 1, 2011!)

B: Strawberry Protein Shake (210 Calories) L: Chocolate Protein Pudding (155 Calories) D: Creamy Tomato Soup With extra protein (100 Calories)      Vanilla Protein Shake (210 Calories) S: Protein Frutie Drink (20 Calories) TOTAL: 695 That was Monday B: protein shake 100 milk 112calories L same D same plus 100 calorie soup S fiber fruit drink and a popsicle 50calories Total 796 calories That was Tuesday Today it will be the same yay for liquid diet.
