Brunch (it was the first night I slept really well since surgery and slept till almost 12! I guess from having no good sleep the past 5 or so days): 6 oz of chicken broth
mid afternoon: protein supplement
Dinner: 3 tablespoons of pinto beans.
I got the nerve to try them, after my doctor put me on pureed diet yesterday. Ate those 20min ago, so far so good! I was nervous because yesterday I had a couple bites of sugarfree reduced fat pudding and I got the foamies! I think it was the milk though.
Snack: 2 more tablespoons of pinto beans
Trying to get as much water in throughout the day. Today is about the best I have done so far. I have gotten almost 40oz in.

Hey guys, checking in late, but just glad to be able to check in at all...I hope things work out for you Amy, maybe they will be able to get to the bottom of this darn thing soon and you will be able to get back home with your husband where I'm sure you feel you belong.... Yesterday's eating - of course with moving things were crazy, no fit-day so I don't know the stats but here goes: 8:00 AM: 1.5 baked chicken tenders 3:00 PM: 3 oz of beef jerky 10:00 PM - A wendy's grilled chicken salad with italian dressing - ate all the chicken and about 1.4 of the salad 12:15 AM - I ate about 2/3 of the grilled chicken swiss and bacon from a Wendy's grilled chicken clubI I got in plenty of protein but probably only got in 600-800 calories, I will have to do better then that! I also drank tons yesterday, probably close to a gallon of fluids because it was so hot and I was working so much...
Hello Kids... Breakfast: Quaker Oatmeal pack and 1/2 toasted eng muffin with crunchy PB Lunch: grilled chicken breast diced up in a whole wheat pita pocket with RF shredded cheddar and lite sour cream... simply scrumptious! Snack: Nature Valley vanilla yogurt bar... needed a break from the SB... but they are only 2g protein compared to my SB 10g... so knix the NV! Dinner: Lean cuisine chicken alfredo...penne.. some crap.. it has grilled chicken, alfredo thingys that melt, carrots and broccoli.. I added more chicken pieces... Snack: 1/2 green apple with crunchy PB Then the night time demons got me after work... english muffin, toasted, then broiled with a slice of RF american cheese on each slice... Nummmy!
