Man yesterday. I was good until i got home from work. I went CRAZY with carbs it seems! I don't know what i was doing! Anyways here is the dirt. B: SB Diet bar (15) S: 1oz beef jerky (15), 1/4 cup soy nuts (11) L: SB Diet wrap meal (1/4 of 1 tortilla, chicken, cheese and salsa) (25) S: 8oz of V8 V Fusion Juice S: 1 oz of Stacey's Baked Pita!! (3) D: 2.5 oz of this steak and like 1/4 cup of potatos! S: 3 oz of SF rice pudding! gah i just didn't stop eatting yesterday! Totals from FITDAY! ( Yes i used it!! ) I have to subtract some though because i eat all the chicken and cheese from my SB diet things and not the tortilla or the jello, so they say i am getting more carbs and calories then i am because i am getting all the protein i leave it as a serving. If that makes sense. Soo, Cals: I'll say 900-1000 Fat: 27
Carbs:111!!!! Man the fruit juice i drink alone has like 29! Then i had baked pita, rice and potatos! No more! ( i dont know what a normal about of carbs to eat is though, that just seems like a lot! ) Protein: 92 Water: 82 ounces And i didn't go to the gym because my mom didn't feel good and i have to go with her. Maybe that's why i sat around eatting. Oh well today will be better. Have a good wednesday! The week is HALF over!
