Hi, everyone

I’m 22 y.o. and I’m undergoing weight lost surgery within in the next 3-5 months. I’m hopping to lose about  110-115 lbs. I’ve heard that being young your skin “bounces” back a little faster and you get less sagging. Well my question is what can I start doing pre op to avoid sagging skin for example "bat wings" and saggy tummy? I'm not expecting a perfect body I'm realistic but I'd just like some pointers on foods ,oils etc that might jump start my body into toning up. Thanks

Foods and oils probably aren't going to really help pre-op. well maybe upping your protein intake now might help too. Exercising will definitely help though. Strength/Resistance training, getting your muscles ready for the working out you're gonna have to do for.....like....ever is probably you're best bet. No matter what I've done, pre-op or since my surgery, i've still got saggy skin and it's only going to get worse! lol. but i'd rather be healthy w/ saggy skin than not! Good luck Kim <3 Rebecca
