oh yeah how do you change  the av aka avaters  that pic is no longer me so i would like to change it

Hey Nate,  I'm Mike, I'm also in Columbia - at least until Wednesday then I am out of here - I'm not sunburned because it is sofa king hot here I never go outside!  BTW to change your avatar click on user settings in the baby blue box on the left side near the top of your screen (you have to be logged in not viewing as a guest) that will take you to the screen to upload your new avatar it has to be under 26k in file size I believe. Be sure to hit the refresh button or F5 when you are done or you may not be able to see it.

yeahs till dont know how to change that screen  avater i looked for user settings but did not figure it out but yeah  micheal right i think your the one thats moving to AZ right so i also went shopping im down to  a large shirt and size 36 pants now which is crazy because i use to  wear 3x and 4 x shirts  wwith size 56- 58  pants  it s crazy to think i have lost 198 lbs in  8 months which is crazy in 21 more lbs i would of lost 200 lbs thus far . my goal is to be at 175  my docter said my ideal weight  is 165 but i think if i get to  180 ill look  good as crap once i get to 180 i want to  go in for   plastics total body lifet legs arm  upper body lower body  butt  eveything ill be saving my income tax check for all of it i think my insurance will cover my legs . reese i think we have talked once or 2xs before here  so how many mo post op are  all of you

thanks shaasta  do any of you  use the  before and after chat fromthe bariatric eating.com site or before aandafterchat.com  thats where i usually go . its great ?? whats some good advice for me to shed my last 63 lbs thats crazy to  say 62 lbs  from my goal weight
