WOW!! My first one(s)....(crossposted)

First of all, I want to say that I MISS YOU GUYS!!! I am going crazy without my internet....but I should have it all hooked up by Monday.... Anywho, onto the wows..... I went to my surgeon today and he said I was doing WONDERFULLY!!! I've lost 32 lbs since my last visit in his office (a little over a month ago) AND 9 inches off my hips and waist! THEN, mom and I went shopping for me to have some jeans to wear to school at a thrift store and....I FIT INTO size 13/14's.....first time since...uh....maybe freshman year of HIGH SCHOOL!! I am soooooooooooo excited!! I hope to be back on OH really soon.....I love you all!!

Way to go!

The first of many Wow moments to come! You are doing great, obviously you are working the program...aren't you glad you have got all your OH buddies not only to share in your happiness when you have your wow moments, but to learn from..now you will start inspiring the newbies and pre-ops with your success! BTW - good move going to the thrift store for clothes, you know you won't be in that size for long, so why spend a bunch of money on clothes that will be too big in just a month or two... ....Looking forward to having you back around here, your participation is always appreciated...

Wow....kinda weird to think that I'm now a postop...which means newbies/preops will be looking to me!! Oh good gravy, that puts some pressure to follow the rules ;-) I love thrift store shopping....got 5 pairs of jeans for $30....not bad at all!!! Thanks so much :-)

Thats so awsome. I too look forward to the days when I can thrift shop-kind of hard to do when looking for plus size clothes. Keep up the good work!

OH yeah....I know the feeling....but luckily near my mom's house in Arkansas they have this thrift store called Savers and they have sizes 0 through 28/30....it's nice......I've been gettin' stuff there for years....doesn't bother me any!! I love thrift stores....I've gotten some of the coolest tshirts there..... Thanks :-)
