Where can I find some trendy plus sized clothes?  And spare me the Lane Bryant, Avenue and Catherines. Just looking for some new options. Natalie

Lane Bryant was the main place that I shopped when I was plus-size.  I also shopped places like Target, TJ Maxx, Ross (these stores carry overstock of name brands super cheap...Tommy, DKNY, etc), Old Navy, and a few local retail stores that carried plus-sizes.  Unfortunately, your choices are limited.  I learned to be creative when I shopped....even Wal-Mart has some cute ps clothes!  Good luck!

Hey Natalie - hopefully this won't be an issue for you much longer.  I remember how frustrating it can be (I went shopping with my younger sister a couple weekends ago, she wears a size 32 jeans, and even at places like Lane Bryant the selection for her size is so limited.  It is hard to see her so disappointed as I'm sure you must be now).  Have you tried Debs Plus?  I know they go up to at least 3X in tops and 26/28 in pants.  I was able to find some nice things there at my heaviest even.  I know Fashion Bug is another typical plus size store and they aren't the best as far as trendy but at least they have the right sizes so you can get some basics like good jeans and tanks and you can dress them up from there if you are creative.  Maurices just started carrying up to a size 24 if that is any help to you.  If you are desperate and able you could try shopping online.  Sorry I don't have any more suggestions, I hope some of the stores I listed turn out to be fruitful for you.
