Cheap options for exercise!
Just wanted to share my secret for a cheap, motivating way to get into exercise. I enrolled at my local community college and signed up for a body building class. Over the past year I've learned how to lift free weights, stretch, & established a work out routine and perfected my form all under the movitating guidance of coaches thrilled to help me shed my last 35 lbs. I shared my WLS story with each instructor and found a wealth of encouragement and support.
This was helpful as I was not an athlete before WLS and was actually intimidated by gyms and people who exercised regularly. I didn't think I could ever become one of them. I needed a professor taking roll to make sure I didn't skip out on exercise! Not to mention it was so cheap, each class at my school cost only 20 bucks for two days/week for a whole semester (16 weeks).
