Just for the girls who have had surgery-embarrasing question

Allright to anyone who has had thier surgery and lost most of thier weight. I just want to know, Do your breast sag horribly? Do they shrink a whole lot? Honestly I wear a size D right now, and they are still firm, but what can I expect after the surgery? Okay I am totally embarrased having written this, but I just want to know.

My boobs got a little smaller, but were smallish to begin with, so I have noticed not much change. I would elaborate, but I know that hot guys are reading this ;)

No one knows anything about me, I am in the witness protection program. The FBI fully changed my identity because I know too much about someone/something. I've said too much.
