Hey everyone, I am trying to not be stressed during this process (which has been harder said than done) My info was sent to the insurance company on Friday.  It has taken a while to get to this point (my consultation was in May)  I am affraid of the apeal process, and also afraid of getting rejected. Is there any tips anyone might have on dealing with stress during this process (I am doing good to not eat away my stress), which is leading to me just being STRESSED! Help please!

Try to do things to get your mind off of it.  Don't just sit and think about it.  Maybe go for a walk, swimming.... Window shopping....  Hang out with friends... I tried to always be doing something during that time so i wasnt freaking out and stressing.

Never thought I, or I'm sure, anyone in here would get approved. Some went through appeals, some didn't - I was lucky enough to not have to. I had to wait a month an a half though, so take your mind off of it. Your life can't ride on the decision day. Do other stuff, to keep your mind off of it. Like the loverly lady above me said. GL, I'll def. keep you in my prayers. macktastic.j
