The "New" Sunday Weekly Weigh-In

We do this on the Men's Forum and I think it would be cool if we started doing it here too.  Some folks go crazy when they weigh themselves, if that's you then don't do it! I like to weigh myself once a week to see how I'm doing and make adjustments if neccessary. So here goes: I've been feeling exhausted all week and haven't exercised, I had my 4 month follow up at Duke this week and they gave me a B12 shot and ran bloodwork - hopefully we'll get to the bottom of the fatigue soon.... Still cruising at 3 lb. a week - Hoping to tune it up just a tad and break the 200 barrier before I arrive back in Arizona the last week of August. High - 297 Surgery  - 282 Last Week -216 This Week - 213 3 lbs. lost this week, 69 since surger, 84 total

Sounds good.....I'm definately noticing a slow down in weight loss....I started this journey at 298.5 lbs....I'm now at 220.5 so 78 lbs lost....I walk two miles a day about 5 days a week....look on my profile if you want to see my weekly weigh ins... I usually average 15-20lbs a month....now I think it is closer to 10 a month....frustrating but I knew it was going to happen sooner or later...of course I wanted it to be later.... -Stacey

Sorry to pee on your pancakes, but Sir Brockington isn;t going to be involved.   My surgery was on a Monday.  So I weight every Monday.  Tommorow will be week 49 post-op. My surgery was on the 21st day of August, so I also weigh ever 21st.  July was 11th month and Augist will be my 1-year band-i-versary! Talk to you all soon, The Brockster

It isn't Sunday anymore, but here goes anyway... High - 307 Surgery  - 293 Last Week -141 This Week - 140.5 Lost this week - .5 lbs  Lost since surgery - 152.5 lbs Lost total - 166.5 lbs Just a warning - the loss slows down around 12ish months out for most - for me it got slow around 10 months (about the time I was down 120 pounds since surgery) and the other 32 slipped away much more slowly and required more work.  There are weeks I don't lose anything and then there are others I lose 1-2 pounds and that is good enough for me.  As long as I can keep the scale from moving the OTHER way I am a happy camper.
