My dischargeinstructions from the hospital say that I should be getting 325mg of ferrous sulfate per day?  What are you taking that you recommend for this?  I had not heard that I needed this before now? Thank you!

I take 3 Flinstone Complete chewable vitamins a day which will take care of your Ferrous Fumarate.  I also take 2 Viactiv's for my calcium
